Ribeye Philadelphia Steak founder and CEO Amjad Gende tasted his first Philly Cheesesteak back in 2014. As a young professional raised in Northern Philly with an appetite for success, Amjed knew he wanted to share this sandwich experience with others in a big way. After experimenting with countless ingredients and perfecting his recipe, Amjed turned his entrepreneurial dreams into reality in 2015 when he opened his first Food truck called Ribeye Philadelphia Steak.

Hi, I am George Ashim, and I am the co-founder of Ribeye Philadelphia Steak. Amjed and I have started Ribeye Philadelphia Steak because we have a strong passion about providing a professional food service. Ribeye has advanced into a traditional steakhouse with culinary flair featuring chef-driven appetizers and entrées as well as established menu items. Every cheesesteak is grilled to order using quality meats, fresh melted cheese, and hand-cut veggies, all seasoned to perfection and piled on our signature toasted roll.

Ribeye Philadelphia Steak provides a full range of catering and vending services, specializing in Corporate Luncheon, Festivals and Multiple-functions events. Additionally, we own multiple food trucks where it gives us more mobility options to reach out to your door.
